Students can choose from shared apartments (the most common), self-contained studios, or family apartments. The average monthly rent is approximately €270 for a room in a shared apartment and €400 for a studio. LOAS accepts applications year-round, with higher demand around the start of each semester. New students are guaranteed accommodation through LOAS, the city of Lappeenranta, or private landlords.
LOAS housing includes high-speed internet (100/100 Mbps or faster), free laundry facilities, and access to saunas in many buildings.
