Everything You Need to Know About Application Requirements at Lund University

 

1. To meet the general entry requirements for a Master's programme, you need a Bachelor's degree (equivalent to a Swedish "kandidatexamen") of at least 180 ECTS credits from an internationally recognised university.
2. The Bachelor's degree must include at least 90 ECTS credits in a main field of study relevant to the Master's programme you are applying for.
3. As with Bachelor's programmes, you need to demonstrate proficiency in English (IELTS Academic 6.5 overall/no section below 5.5 or TOEFL iBT 90 overall with at least 20 in the written test).
4. Specific Master's programmes may have additional entrance requirements (e.g., a certain number of credits in mathematics, physics or economics, depending on the programme).
