International students must fill out the online application, pay the application fee, submit academic transcripts, demonstrate their English proficiency (e.g., by taking the TOEFL, IELTS, or PTE), and submit their GRE or GMAT results (if required by their program) in order to apply for a postgraduate program at Old Dominion University. Certain GRE/GMAT scores or a minimum undergraduate GPA of 3.25 are examples of specific program criteria that might be applicable. Foreign applicants must submit their results from one of the following tests to prove their English language proficiency:
TOEFL score of 79 or above
IELTS: at least a 6.5 overall band
PTE: 53 or above
Duolingo: at least 120
