Applicants must hold a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) from an accredited institution. 

Submission of official transcripts (undergraduate and any graduate) is required. 

Minimum GPA requirement: Many programs require at least 3.0 on a 4.0 scale; some allow conditional admission if the GPA is lower. 

Program-specific prerequisites: Some graduate programs demand that certain prerequisite courses be completed within the past 5 years (e.g. Anatomy & Physiology, Biology, Chemistry) with grades of C or better. 

Letters of recommendation (often 2) are required for certain programs. 

Application fee is required (amount varies, often ~USD 25). 

Some programs require or recommend standardized test scores (GRE, GMAT, MAT), especially if undergraduate GPA is low. 

For international graduate applicants:

  • Official, English-translated transcripts and credentials must be submitted. 

  • English proficiency test (e.g. TOEFL, IELTS, Duolingo) is required unless exemption. 

Some specialized graduate programs use centralized application systems (e.g. ATCAS for Athletic Training).
