UOB has three campuses in Bahrain: Sakhir, Isa Town, and Salmaniya. The Sakhir campus is the main campus, housing most of the colleges, including Arts, Applied Studies, Business Administration, Information Technology, Law, Science, and the Bahrain Teachers' College. The Isa Town campus hosts the College of Health Sciences, while the Salmaniya campus is home to the College of Engineering. Each campus is equipped with modern facilities to support students' academic and extracurricular activities
Currently, UOB does not offer on-campus housing for students. The university provides housing facilities primarily for its international faculty and staff, with 176 housing units, most of which are on-campus. Students are encouraged to seek accommodation in nearby residential areas, with assistance available from the university's student services to help find suitable housing options close to the campus.
