Recognized Bachelor's Degree:

A first academic degree (usually a bachelor’s) in a related subject area, equivalent to a German undergraduate degree.

Must be from a recognized university and meet the academic standard of the intended master’s program.

Language Proficiency:

German-taught programs:

DSH-2, TestDaF (level 4 in all parts), Goethe-Zertifikat C2, or telc C1 Hochschule.

English-taught programs (limited number):

IELTS (usually 6.5+), TOEFL iBT (around 90+), or equivalent.

Some programs may accept a prior degree taught in English as proof.

GPA Requirements:

Most programs expect a good academic record (above average grades). Specific GPA criteria may apply depending on the program.
