Everything You Need to Know About Application Requirements at University of Gastronomic Sciences

 

1. Academic Qualification:  
Italian secondary school diploma or foreign equivalent (US: HS diploma + 3 AP exams or one year of university; UK: at least 3 A levels).

2. English Proficiency:  
B2 level for non native speakers (IELTS 6.5+, TOEFL iBT 88+, Duolingo 110+, Cambridge equivalents) or a high school diploma taught in English.

3. Application Submission:  
Register on the UNISG portal, complete Web Registration, and submit online dossier (diploma self certification, CV in English, English certificate) by deadlines: 20 March, 26 May, or 21 July 2026.

4. Application Review:  
Two part evaluation – online dossier (30 points) and final online interview (70 points). Minimum total 70 for direct admission; 50 to 69.5 allows one retake; below 50 results in exclusion.
