Everything You Need to Know About Application Requirements at University of Sharjah

Master’s Degrees:

Minimum CGPA of 3.0/4.0 on a bachelor’s degree for direct admission.

Applicants with CGPA between 2.5–2.99 may be admitted conditionally.

Additional requirements may include No Objection Certificate for male Emirati students and special documentation for Kuwaiti applicants. A Certificate of Equivalency is required for international qualifications.


 

 

Ph.D. Programs:

 

A master’s degree with a minimum CGPA of “Very Good” (3.0/4.0) and a bachelor’s degree with at least “Good” (2.5/4.0).

Requirements also include passing an interview, and—for male Emirati students—a No Objection Certificate; Kuwaiti students require special embassy approval; People of Determination need to submit relevant documentation. Typically, professional or academic experience may also be evaluated.
