completing the university application :
1. The undergraduate application requirements for international students at Munster Technological University (MTU) Bishopstown Campus are based on academic qualifications, English-language proficiency, and programme specific entry criteria.
2. Applicants must have completed a secondary school qualification equivalent to the Irish Leaving Certificate and satisfy the minimum entry requirements for their chosen programme.
3. International qualifications are assessed individually to determine their equivalence to Irish standards.
4. For certain programmes, additional subject requirements such as Mathematics, Science, or specific grades may apply.
5. Since teaching at MTU is conducted in English, applicants whose first language is not English must provide proof of English proficiency.
6. For most undergraduate programmes at the Cork (Bishopstown) Campus, the minimum requirement is IELTS Academic 6.0 overall with no band below 5.5.
