We see countries introducing new policies, some of which are for international students and some of which are against international students. Recently both Australia and Canada introduced immigration policies that didn't sit well with a lot of international students. Canada doubled its minimum financial requirement for international students, making it extremely expensive for students to travel to the country.
On the other hand, Australia has introduced a new policy to track down students who come to the country only with the purpose of working part time and not studying. Both these countries have been rejecting Indian students in large numbers without giving any proper explanation. This has led to a further decline in the interest of Indian students to study in both of these countries. Canada is expecting a decrease of 35% in the annual intake of international students as compared to the previous years. The number of applications from international students in Australia have also dropped massively. Students are now more interested in pursuing courses from countries like France, Germany, New Zealand, and Ireland as compared to the conventional study abroad destinations.

CBSE has recently released some insightful guidelines for parents and students related to board exams. Acknowledging that this time is extremely stressful for both the students and their parents, CBSE has released certain guidelines that can help them deal with the overwhelming stress. Here are some helpful guidelines.
This year, UGC is all set to change the way CUET is conducted in the country. Other than making the examination hybrid as opposed to the CBT mode, there are also a lot of other changes that might be introduced. NTA is likely to discontinue the score normalisation in results for students who give different shifts of the same discipline of exam. Unlike the previous years, NTA is planning to not organise CUET in multiple shifts. In fact, this year, more schools and educational institutes have been made a part of the CUET examination centre group. More number of centres means that more students will be able to give examinations on the same day. This will remove multiple constraints and NTA will not have to design different types of question papers for the same discipline. Thus it will be easier for NTA to remove normalisation.
