Celal Bayar University History

Celal Bayar University is one of the esteemed public university located in Manisa, Turkey. The University was founded in the year 1959 as a small school by the Turkish Armed forces. It acquired its name from the Turkish President. In 2016 the University got renamed as Manisa Celal Beyar University.The University is known for its programs in Economics.

Celal Bayar University is composed of 3 Schools, 15 vocational Schools, 14 Colleges, several faculties and departments. It offers Bachelors, Masters and Doctorate degrees in the disciplines of Architecture, Theology, Design, Communication, Arts, Fisheries, Administrative Sciences, Education, Mechanical Engineering, Medicine, Politics, Dentistry, Natural Sciences, Health Sciences, Technology, Law and many more.

Celal Bayar University owes three campuses namely Muradiye, Uncubozkoy and Manisa Campus. All the campuses are fully furnished with latest facilities. The hostel rooms available for are fully equipped. The Campus represents state of art infrastructure and is furnished with computer laboratories, Museum, Sports Club, Theatres, Cafeterias and Swimming Pool.
The campus has a main library in the main campus which is connected to all other campus libraries. And are well furnished with latest version of books, electronic databases, mandates, journals and articles.
