Dar El Hekma University was established in the year 1999. It is a private and non-profit university which is situated in Jeddah in Saudi Arabia. It is a all women university. It received its recognition as the university in 2014. Its community service program began in 2007 and was the first institute in Saudi Arabia to start this.
