Gwangju Institute of Science and Technology History

The Gwangju Institute of Science and Technology was established by the South Korean government in 1993. It is a research-oriented university and one of the prestigious schools for science and technology. The University was established with an aim to train scientists and researchers to skillfully create a strong research base for further development promoting collaborative foreign and domestic research programs.
