University of Genoa which is located in Genoa, Italy was originally founded in 1481 as the College of Theology and Medicine.

University of Genoa Programs, Courses, and Schools

The University of Genoa is well known for its courses in Computer Science. It is also productively collaborated with the Italian Institute of Technology. It is divided into 5 schools and 23 departments. The School of Natural Sciences, Mathematics, and Physics consist of the Department of Chemistry and Industrial Chemistry, Physics, Mathematics, Earth, Environmental and Life Sciences and Computer Science, Bioengineering, Robotics and System Engineering. The School of Medical and Pharmaceutical Sciences consists of the Department of Pharmaceutics, Internal Medicine and Medical Specialties, Experimental Medicine, Neurosciences, Rehabilitation, Ophthalmology, and Maternal-Fetal Medicine, Surgical and Integrated Diagnostic Sciences and Health Sciences. School of Social Sciences consists of the Department of Economics, Law, Science Education, Political Sciences. The School of Humanities consists of the Department of Antics, Philosophy and History, Italian, Roman, Antics, Arts and Drama Studies, Modern Cultures and Languages and the Polytechnic School.
