Autonomous University of Chiapas abbreviated as UNACH is a Mexican higher education establishment located in Tuxtla Gutierrez, Chiapas State. The university was established in 1974 and was subsequently merged with various higher education institutions to form present day university. It currently enrols over 20000 students.
