Mapua University History

Mapua University was established in 1925 and is located in Manila, Philippines. It was formerly called the Mapua Institute of Technology and is a research oriented University.

The Undergraduate courses are held across various schools namely School of Architecture, Industrial Design, and the Built Environment, School of Chemical, Biological, and Materials Engineering and Sciences, School of Civil, Environmental, and Geological Engineering, School of Electrical, Electronics, and Computer Engineering, School of Industrial Engineering and Engineering Management, School of Mechanical and Manufacturing Engineering, School of Media Studies and School of Social Sciences and Education. The University also offers a variety of Masters and Doctoral programs.
