National University of Engineering is a public university located in the beautiful city of Managua, Nicaragua. The University was established in the year 1983. The university initially started as an institute in order to render higher education in architecture. The University is known by the name of UNI and is one of the prestigious University. It is known for its programs in Engineering and Architecture.

National University of Engineering comprises of six Schools, Colleges, Faculties and departments. The University offers Bachelors, Masters, Specialization Programs and Doctorate degrees in the disciplines of Architecture, Education, Resource Sciences, Liberal arts, Music, Philosophy, Education, Humanities, , Chemistry, Statistics, Management, Life Sciences, Law, Technology, Nursing, Engineering and many other courses are available to choose from.
Also the University has international affiliations with many countries like Peru, Germany, France, US, Venezuela, Brazil. The university is accredited CNES.
