Pontifical Catholic University of Puerto Rico also known as Pontificia Universidad Catolica de Puerto Rico is a university located in Ponce, Puerto Rico. The university was established in 1948 as Universidad Catolica de Santa Maria and adopted its present name in 1950. The university currently enrolls over 12000 students.
