Pusan National University History
Pusan National University also called PNU or Busan National University is amongst the ten national universities in Busan, South Korea. The university is also known by its former Korean name of Gungnip Pusan Daehakgyo. Originally established as a college in 1946, it acquired university status in the year 1953. The university currently enrolls over 30,000 students and employs 900 plus staff.
