Taipei Medical University History
Established as Taipei Medical College in 1960 and renamed as Taipei Medical University in 2000. The University is located in Taipei's Xinyi District. The school flourished with the help of private donations.

TMU is composed of eleven colleges and one center namely College of Medicine, College of Oral Medicine, College of Pharmacy, College of Nursing, College of Public Health, College of Medical Science and Technology, College of Humanity and Social Science, College of Biomedical Engineering, College of Management, College of Nutrition, College of Interdisciplinary Studies and Center of General Education. The University also comprises of 12 undergraduate and 14 graduate schools.
