Tomsk State Pedagogical University was established in the year 1902. It is a public university which is situated in Tomsk in Russia. It has its legacy continued from Tomsk Teaching Institute. The main aim behind its foundation was to train teachers for teaching foreign languages and undergoing research in linguistics.
