Universiti Utara Malaysia Background:
The Universiti Utara Malaysia is a public university which was established in the year 1984 and is located in Kedah, Malaysia. The construction of the university was planned by the Ministry of Education in 1983. The project was called The Sixth University Project. Later on, the Sixth University was officially named as Universiti Utara Malaysia.

Universiti Utara Malaysia Programs, Courses, and Schools
The University Utara Malaysia comprises 3 colleges, College of Law, Government and International Studies, College of Arts and Sciences, and the College Of Business. All these colleges consists of numerous faculties while some of them are School of Business Management, School of Islamic Business, School of Accountancy, School of Economics, School of Computing, School of Education and Modern Language, School of Multimedia Technology & Communication, School of International Studies, School of Tourism, Hospitality & Environmental Management, and many more.

Universiti Utara Malaysia Campuses:
The University of Utara Malaysia has two campuses located in Kedah and a campus in Kuala Lumpur. The Kuala Lumpur Campus is the first UUM fully owned study centre outside Sintok and operated directly by UUM. The university comprises several departments, centres, and unites like University Teaching & Learning Centre and the UUM Innovation and Commercialization Centre. The university also comprises a library which is named as Sultanah Bahiyah Library and is opened to all the students and staff.

Universiti Utara Malaysia Achievements:
The University Utara Malaysia has been accredited by different bodies some of them are Othman Yeop Abdullah Graduate School of Business, Bachelors of Science Business Mathematics, and more. The university has also received different international recognitions from ACCA, CPA Malaysia, CPA Australia, and more.
