University of Alicante History

University of Alicante was established in the year 1979. It is a public university which is situated in San Vicente del Raspeig in Spain. It was started so as to continue with the legacy of University of Orihuela. It was founded on the basis of Centre for University Studies.

University of Alicante has got eight academic faculties, several departments and research institutes. Students can opt for around 120 degrees in undergraduate, postgraduate and doctoral programs.
