University of Burgos History

University of Burgos was established in the year 1994 when it was divided from the University of Valladolid. It is a public university located in Burgos, Spain. It’s a leading university in research in Spain and has become a European standard for research activity both in terms of programs and also has achieved.

University of Burgos, compromise 8 different centers, 5 of them are own and 3 of them are associated schools. It also has research center and development center and 3 institutes. The University also offers undergraduate programs, postgraduate programs, master’s programs and doctoral programs. It also offers training programs for the students.

University of Burgos Campuses

University of Burgos has two campuses. The San Amaro campus is located in the city of Burgos. The Rio Vena Campus is located in north of the city of Cantabria. The University has multiple facilities for the students has classrooms and lecture halls, residences, library center and societies, laboratories, sports center, hospitals and cafes.

The University has 5 Library connected to campus, one located in each of the 5 academic centers. The library provide most important information through resources has e-learning, e-books, journals, and database.

The University of the Technical Team work on the 3DUBU technical team which shows the story of three most representative companies of Burgos, Grupo Antolin, Gonvarri and Gala. The University of Burgos has collaborated with 100 international institutions.
