University of Nis History
University of Nis is a Serbian higher education institution located in the city of Nis. The university was established in 1965 under the patronage of University of Belgrade and has ever since grown to enrol over 20500 undergraduate and graduate students.

University of Nis is based across four campuses in Nis, Leskovac, Krusevac, and Vranje in Serbia. The Nis campus serves as the primary campus housing the administrative headquarters of the university in an 18th century building which is one of the landmarks of the city.
