Cukurova University History

Cukurova University, is a public university in Adana, Turkey. It was established in the year 1973, the faculty of agriculture was founded by 1969 by Ankara University, and the faculty of medicine was founded in 1972 by Ataturk University, were merged to form Cukurova University.

Cukurova University Programs, Courses, and Schools

Cukurova University, offers 80 undergraduate programs, 64 postgraduate programs, and 23 vocational programs. The University also offers Foreign Languages Research and Application center where both undergraduate and postgraduate students are taught in English. The University has 10 faculties, 3 graduate schools, and 3 colleges and seven vocational colleges. The University has more than 1,903 administrative staff including 40,000 undergraduate students and postgraduate students.

Cukurova University Campuses

Cukurova University, the main campus is Balcali which is settled on the eastern side of Seyhan. The campus has ample of facilities for the students like in they have educational buildings with labs available and they have research centers and services in various branches of a hospital, the campus has a central library, sports facilities, and Social facilities.

Cukurova University Achievements

Cukurova University, Prof.Dr. Esin SARIO?LU was awarded and a certificate was given since he was one of the 2014 Rieter Award winners. The first Rieter Award, which was awarded in 1989, is an international award, and undergraduate or graduate students who are fluent in English and who work on textile technology, yarn production, technical textiles, and fiber analysis, or Rieter products and services.
