Polytechnic Institute of Paris also known as Institut polytechnique de Paris is a group of five prestigious French engineering schools located in Paris. The school was established in 1794 as Ecole Polytechnique and is now under the Paris-Saclay project with the Paris-Saclay University to collectively develop a a research-intensive academic campus. The school currently enrols over 8500 students.
