Pompeu Fabra University also known as Universitat Pompeu Fabra or UPF is a Spanish public university based in Barcelona. The university was established in the year 1990 by the Autonomous Government of Catalonia and named after Catalan language expert, Pompeu Fabra. Presently, the university enrolls over 14000 students and employs 1000+ staff.

Pompeu Fabra University offers a wide range of courses in Social Sciences, Humanities, Health and Life Sciences, ICT, Communication Sciences, Law, Economics and Business, Translation and Language Sciences, Engineering, and Political Sciences.
Pompeu Fabra University also offers its programs in five higher education affiliated centres in and around Barcelona. They are UPF Barcelona School of Management, International Trade Business School, Elisava School of Design, Tecnocampus, and Mar University School of Nursing.

Pompeu Fabra University is based in Barcelona across three campuses. The faculty of Social Sciences and Humanities is based at Ciutadella campus, Health and Life Sciences at Mar campus, and ICT and Communication Sciences at Poblano campus.
