University of Monterrey History

The University of Monterrey is a private Roman Catholic settled in Monterrey, Mexico. The University was established in the year 1969 by the state of Nuevo Leon and on the same year, it began as an educational institution housed in 5 different faculties.

University of Monterrey Programs, Courses, and Schools

University of Monterrey, offers 43 Undergraduate Programs, 12 Master’s Degree Programs, 7 Graduate Specialty Programs and 35 areas of Medical Specialization in 6 Department. The University also offers 4 High School Programs. The University also includes 11,583 students including 7,398 undergraduate students and 424 postgraduate students and other students include 885 medical specialties and 2,876 High School Students.

University of Monterrey Campuses

The University of Monterrey, has just one university campus settled in San Pedro Garza Garcia, Nuevo Leon, Mexico. But additionally has four  locations, are San Pedro Campus (USP) located in the boundaries of the university campus, Valle Alto Campus (UVA) located in the Estanzuela, Monterrey, Nuevo Leon, Mexico, Fundadores field (UFU) settled in Escobedo, Nuevo Leon, Mexico and the Obispado Campus (UNO) located in the Monterrey area. In addition categories of the Nursing Degrees on-field CHRISTUS Health MuguerzaConchita Hospital area unit offered.

University of Monterrey Achievements

The University of Monterrey, the Students of the University Of Monterrey Specialty in Psychoanalytic Clinic, a program belonging to Postgraduates in Clinical Psychology, have been awarded the 2016 Scholar Award, awarded by Division thirty-nine (Psychoanalysis) of the yank Psychological Association.

The presence of cancer is becoming stronger and more frequent in our society, nowadays, it not only limits itself to affecting adult people, but it also attacks children. That is why Phi Delta Epsilon, a student chapter of the University of Monterrey, held the VIII World Cup against Cancer to raise awareness about this disease and raise funds to make a change in the lives of children with cancer.

University of Monterrey USP

The Business Division of the University of Monterrey remains in fourth place in Mexico and as the first in the country of the category three palms, within the ranking of business schools of the Eduniversal Company. Three professors from the University of Monterrey, specialized in the areas of humanities, biomedical sciences, and engineering, were included in the Ranking of Scientists in Mexican Institutions. The University always has been committed to its motto of “The man is only realized at the service of the man”.
