Kyushu Institute of Technology History

Kyushu Institute of Technology is a national university located in Fukuoka Prefecture, Japan. This University is dedicated to its education and research in the field of science and technology. It was established in the year 1907 as a private training school for engineers called Meji Vocational School.

Kyushu Institute of Technology Campuses

Kyushu Institute of Technology has three campuses. The one campus is Tobata campus located in Kitakyushu it contains Faculty of Engineering, Graduate School of Engineering, it has 3 departments. It is one of the oldest campuses. The second campus is Iizuka campus located in Kitakyushu, which contain Faculty of Computer Science and Systems Engineering, Graduate School of Computer Science and System Engineering. The third campus is Wakamatsu campus which is located in Iizuka which has the facilities of Graduate School of Life Science and Systems Engineering.

Kyushu Institute of Technology Achievements

Kyushu Institute of Technology was awarded for Best Live Demonstration Award at ISCAS 2019. The space engineering education program for international students from emerging and developing countries that the University's BIRDS Satellite Project has implemented has received the GEDC Airbus Diversity Award 2017. Kyutech’s postdoctoral researcher Dr. Nguyen Viet Ha of Department of Computer Science and Electronics won the best paper award at the 7th International Conference on Emerging Internet, Data and Web Technologies.
