Cankaya University History

Cankaya University was founded in 1997 and is located in Ankara, Turkey. It was formed as a result of spending 40 years of education through the Ari Primary School and Ari High School. The staff and students in collaboration realized that it is worth investing in higher education and research and thus it led to the formation of the University.

Cankaya University Programs, Courses, and Schools

Cankaya University comprises of the Faculty of Architecture, Faculty of Arts and Sciences, Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, Faculty of Engineering, Faculty of Law, Vocational High School of Justice, Cankaya Vocational Training School and the Preparatory School of English.

Cankaya University Campuses

In addition to its main campus in Ankara and Balgat campus, Cankaya University opened a new campus in the year 2011 which is called the Turkuaz campus which was awarded by the Arkitera Architecture Center.

Cankaya University USP and Achievements

Cankaya University is a member of the Caucasus University Association.

The University has five research centers namely Center for Entrepreneurship and Application of Innovation and Research, Center for Research and Application in Law, Center for Research and Application in Women's Studies, Center for Research and Application in Atatürk's Principles and the Revolutionary History and Center for Continuing Education, Consultation and Application.
