Inje University History

Inje University was established in the year 1932. It is a private university which is situated in Gimhae in South Korea. It was originally opened as the surgical clinic named Paik Clinic, and then started was Inje Medical College. In 1989, Inje College was started which later on was recognised as the Inje University.

Inje University Programs, Courses and Schools

Inje University has got different colleges and departments dedicated to different field of study along with the Graduate School. Students can opt for bachelor’s, master’s and doctoral programs. It also offers education in research, continuing education, foreign language, Korean culture and student exchange program.

Faculties of the university are experienced and hold expertise in their field of study. It has an attached hospital and offers medical education to the students. Its mission is to inculcate professionalism and philanthropy in students.

Inje University Campuses

Inje University has an urban campus of 71 acres. Student life is made memorable with the facilities like transportation, parking, wifi, cafeteria, intranet services, museum, art studio, auditorium, fitness centre, recreational area, stadium, athletic courts, computer rooms and co-working space. Students can become the part of student clubs and organisations. University media has newspaper and broadcasting services.

University library is the multi-storey and digital library. It has a wide collection of books, journals, manuscripts, research guides, documents and publications. Databases, computer systems, lecture rooms and training rooms are available for students and faculties.

The U.S. News and World Report has ranked it at 33 in the country and its education in Clinical Medicine among top 450 in the world. It is an internationally acclaimed university.
