Northeastern University Mexico History

Northeastern University Mexico was established in the year 1970. It is a private university which is situated in Tampico in Mexico. It was founded as Biological Sciences Institute of the Northeast. It was the first private university to be opened in Tamaulipas. Slowly and gradually, it developed other departments apart from its Medical School.

Northeastern University Mexico Programs, Courses and Schools

Northeastern University Mexico comprises of five academic departments which consist of 20 multidisciplinary schools. It offers bachelor’s, master’s and doctoral courses. Students can also apply for distance learning, virtual education, student exchange, language courses, trainings and executive modality program.

Faculties of the university are trained in their area of learning. It has a Preparatoria UNE for teaching all college courses to students. It is renowndly known for its Medical School which is affiliated with WHO. It provides clinical trainings and has Teaching centre of Medical Aptitudes and Skills.
